DP Crate sells digital products only — ebooks, planners, journals, templates, and video content. Nothing is physically shipped, and there is no package to track or wait for.

How Delivery Works

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is delivered digitally — typically instantly, or within a few minutes of checkout. You’ll receive your files and/or access link by email at the address provided at checkout.

In rare cases (such as a manual license verification on certain bundles), delivery may take a bit longer, but you’ll always receive confirmation of your order right away.

If you haven’t received access within a short time after purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly:

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we don’t process physical returns. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which covers situations like corrupted files, wrong products, or broken download links.
