What kind of products does DP Crate sell?

All products are digital. Nothing is physically shipped.
How do I get my files after I purchase?
Digital delivery is typically instant. After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive access or delivery instructions at the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery timing can vary depending on the product and delivery method.
I didn't receive my files. What should I do?
First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
If you still can't locate your delivery email, contact dpcrateco@gmail.com and include your order number so we can help locate your purchase and delivery information.
Do you sell physical products or offer physical shipping?
No. DP Crate is a digital-product store. Our products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

What is the difference between PLR and MRR?
PLR (Private Label Rights) generally provides certain rights to modify, customize, brand, or otherwise use eligible content according to the license supplied with the product.
MRR (Master Resell Rights) generally provides certain rights to resell eligible content, but the exact permissions and restrictions can vary.
The license supplied with each product is what determines your actual rights.
Can I resell products I purchase from DP Crate?
It depends on the specific product and license.
Some DP Crate products include PLR, MRR, or other commercial/resale rights. Other products are sold for personal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed.

Can I edit or rebrand a PLR product?

Can I resell an MRR product?

Can I use DP Crate's name, logo, or branding when reselling a product?
No.
Purchasing a DP Crate product does not give you ownership of DP Crate's name, logo, trademarks, branding, website content, or original marketing materials.

My file won't open or my download link isn't working. What should I do?

What happens to my license if I receive a refund?
If a refund is issued for a product that included PLR, MRR, or other usage rights, those rights are no longer valid for the refunded purchase.
You must discontinue use, resale, distribution, or other licensed activity associated with the refunded product as applicable.
